Our process

A courageous conversation involves a process. It may be different depending on the topic but process facilitates purpose and creates meaning and value in the conversation.听

• Who is here for the conversation?
• Introduce the topic and determine the purpose.
• Ask good and helpful questions. What do we hope to learn about ourselves, others, and the topic?
• Where do we go from here? What is our next faithful step?
