How to Apply
The August 2026 Graduation Cycle is OPEN. The deadline to apply is July 6, 2025. (See below for application instructions). All students who plan to graduate and receive their diploma in August 2026, must submit a graduation application regardless of participation in a ceremony. We must have an application on file for every candidate who plans to graduate in August.
听Applying for Graduation
Before you begin the graduation application, have the following information ready:
- 爆走黑料 Issued Student ID number*
- Degree you are pursuing
- Major you are pursuing
- Home Campus location
- For graduate/first professional level students: Any bachelors/masters degrees earned including: degree, school and year awarded
- Contact information: including your phone, CU email and diploma mailing address听
- The name as you would like for it to appear on the diploma. We highly recommend using your full legal name.*
*Please note due to the security parameters placed on the application, if you mis-key your diploma name or Student ID, you will need to submit a new, corrected, application in order for it to process correctly. Please contact your graduation auditor before submitting an additional application.
听All official communication from our office will go to your official 爆走黑料 issued email address.听If you have not set this up or do not have it forwarded to the email account you check regularly, please contact the听IT Services Help Desk for how-to instructions. Please note: You will receive a submittal email once you submit your graduation application. Depending on your email filter settings this email make take up to 15 minutes to be delivered. Please keep this email as receipt you have submitted your graduation application.听
听Dual Degree Applicants:
Students participating in Dual Degrees 鈥 such as MBA/BBA, PharmD/MBA, BA/BBA, etc. 鈥 will need to submit two graduation applications (one for each degree). If you have any questions about this, please contact your graduation auditor before you submit an application.
听Special Consideration Students who have already participated:
If you were previously approved to participate in a ceremony under a special consideration status (6 Hour Rule, Law 3 Hour Rule, etc), per the paperwork that was submitted and approved for use of the given special consideration status, the student must reapply in their final term to be considered for graduation. A student who participated only in a ceremony under a special consideration status, does not officially graduate until they reapply in their final term of completion and all requirements are completed.

***PLEASE NOTE*** If you are using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge to submit your graduation application, and you receive a ‘one of more field is invalid’ error, please check your signature at the bottom of the form. When you check the box to sign the form because you do not have a stylus or touch pad, you must type your name in the blank space below the checked box. There may not appear to be a text box, but there is one if you click that area with your mouse. Otherwise you will need to esign the document with a stylus or your finger on a touch pad; or use a different browser.

Special Consideration to Participate Only (not applicable for the August Cycle)
Special consideration to participate only in the graduation ceremony (also known as the 6 Hour Rule) is extended to undergraduate candidates with grade point averages of 2.000 or higher in the major and overall GPAs while being within six (6) semester hours of completing all course and hour requirements. To qualify for this special consideration, candidates must complete a graduation application first and then file a 鈥楻equest to Participate in Commencement’ form in addition to the Graduation Application. Before the Registrar鈥檚 Office can accept this form, it must be signed by the candidate, the candidate鈥檚 adviser and the appropriate dean. The form also includes information about the candidate鈥檚 plan to complete the missing components.
Main Campus Undergraduate students please complete the form, with all required signatures and email it to graduation@campbell.edu. Adult and Online Education students please complete this form with your respective graduation auditor.听 Graduate and First Professional students seeking special consideration should contact their program directors. Please Note: This option is only applicable to the May & December Graduation Ceremonies.
If you were previously approved to participate under the 鈥6-Hour Rule鈥 or any version thereof, you will need to reapply to graduate and receive your diploma. You do not officially graduate until you reapply.

The initial application received list for August will be posted mid-July.听
- If your name is not on this list and you plan to graduate in August 2026 please contact the your Graduation Auditor through the ‘Get in touch’ button below.听
- The list is not in real time. It will be updated no sooner than once a week or as needed.
- Please remember: Your name will appear exactly has you submitted it on your graduation application.
